“Fly2Meet” refers to the web application located at fly2meet.me, including all associated APIs, code, content, and features.

“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

“Data Providers” refers to external aviation or travel data sources integrated into the platform.

“You” refers to any User or entity that accepts these Terms.

Fly2Meet helps users identify optimal meeting airports based on origin cities, flight patterns, geographic proximity, airline availability, and related public aviation data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute travel advice, booking services, or a guarantee of data accuracy.

You agree to use Fly2Meet only for lawful purposes. You shall not scrape or harvest data, use bots/crawlers to overload the platform, reverse-engineer backend code or infrastructure, plan illegal or harmful activities, or submit false or malicious data.

Fly2Meet aggregates data from third-party aviation sources and dynamic calculations. We do not guarantee that schedules, distances, or availability are accurate or up-to-date, that suggested airports have operational flights at any given time, or that routes are feasible or logistically reliable. You are solely responsible for verifying travel details independently.

All trademarks, brand elements, logos, interface designs, and original content associated with Fly2Meet are the exclusive property of the Service owner. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You must not attempt to breach security measures, rate limits, or abuse protection systems; impersonate another person or organization; access unauthorized internal routes or backend endpoints; or fail to ensure your device meets necessary technical requirements.

Fly2Meet may process limited technical data such as anonymized logs, IP region, browser information, and aggregated usage metrics. No personal accounts are created. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Fly2Meet may link to external websites such as airline pages, booking portals, or aviation data sources. These sites are not controlled by Fly2Meet and their content is not endorsed or guaranteed. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.

Fly2Meet is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, and are not responsible for downtime or delays caused by external providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly2Meet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The Service owner is not responsible for travel losses, missed flights, or misinterpretation of data, and no warranty is made regarding accuracy or reliability of suggestions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fly2Meet, its owners, developers, and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of others.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Fly2Meet may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will always be posted at the top. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Fly2Meet reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform at any time if a User violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.
