1.1 Technical Information. Standard technical data required for operation, including IP address (region-only), browser/device information, OS version, language preferences, referrer URLs, access timestamps, and pages visited.

1.2 Usage Information. Anonymized metrics such as search queries (origin airports, parameters), feature usage frequency, API call patterns, and error/performance diagnostics.

1.3 Data You Voluntarily Submit. If you contact us or submit feedback, we receive the message content and any contact details you choose to include.

1.4 No Personal Accounts. Fly2Meet does not require account creation, registration, or login. We do not knowingly store personal identifiers unless you explicitly provide them.

Information collected is used solely to provide core functionality, compute flight-matching and meeting-airport results, optimize performance and stability, detect errors or misuse, monitor aggregate usage, and improve accuracy. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties.

Fly2Meet does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party behavioral analytics by default. If optional privacy-friendly analytics are introduced, any cookies will be disclosed here.

Fly2Meet relies on publicly available aviation information and airport metadata. We do not transmit personally identifiable data to these providers; requests may route through standard DNS or geolocation services. External services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We store only the minimum data required for service stability — primarily logs, cached results, and anonymous analytics. Log retention is typically 7–30 days depending on hosting provider defaults. No long-term storage of personal data occurs unless explicitly provided via direct communication.

For EU users, Fly2Meet processes limited technical data based on Legitimate Interest (security and functionality), Performance of a Service (delivering requested features), and Consent (only if optional analytics or feedback forms are introduced).

We implement HTTPS encryption & HSTS preloading, server-side sanitization and filtering, bot protection and rate limiting, and regular dependency maintenance. No online service is entirely risk-free, but we take privacy and security seriously.

Information may be shared only for legal requirements (law or court order), system protection (preventing fraud, abuse, or cyberattacks), or service operations (with hosting/infrastructure providers). We never sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access to stored data, correction or deletion of voluntarily submitted information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Since Fly2Meet does not store user accounts, many of these rights already apply by default.

Technical data may pass through global hosting infrastructure. We ensure all transfers are lawful under applicable data-protection regulations.

Fly2Meet is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of revisions.
